Controlling the Decks

We've already had different types of decks written and posted here but this coming June expect to see a lot of control decks on game day. Control, a major archetype in MTG decks since who-knows-when, still has what it takes to win a tournament or two. The right mix of cards control decks are still able to take control of the game.

Permissions are usually the heart and soul of the control decks, although another important component would be board cleaners as well, cards such as Day of Judgement and Martial Coup will send all creatures to their doom. This deck is just an example, a guide on how will you build your own deck. There are thousands of ways to build control decks and a thousand other ways to play them. See you in GP-Manila. Enjoy.
